The Olive is 5” deep and 6” across. Hand cut mirror glass covers both sides in a groutless asymmetrical patchwork. The pimento is mirror glass and translucent red glass that glows when light-struck. The olive turns on a ball-bearing swivel. The olive hangs on squiggly stainless steel hook created for my work by a woman artist on a machine her grandfather devised. How cool is that?
