Spooky cool toothy fish glows in luscious rainbow colors. The bold eye flashes, and gill and tail cutouts are filled with colored glass both flat and vintage cubes of color.
Hand cut mirrors in silver and juicy colors fit cheek to jowl creating a stunning patchwork that dazzles and sparkles. Beveled mirrors throw rainbows when lightstruck. My work is groutless. It’s all mirrors all the the time.
Just the Facts
The fish is 14” long and 8” wide at the head
The heart of the fish is steel. Both sides are covered in mirrors and glass. From breeze or finger push it turns smoothly on a ball-bearing swivel.
It hangs on 9” stainless steel squiggly hook created by a metal artisan on a device invented by her grandfather. The hook is included in the price, and is so cool!
Hang the fish inside or outside. Just be sure it won’t knock against wall nor post in a stiff wind. Don’t forget nightlight. The fish will sparkle and flash in the dark like paparazzi when struck by ambient lamplight, car lights, strong moonlight. Light + movement = maximum sparkle.
